Celebrated chef Brendan Collins opened his signature restaurant named Birch in the Cahuenga corridor in Hollywood. The highly-acclaimed destination served creatively divine small plates with seasonal selections and fine cocktails. Tornado created the identity system, menu design, signage and website. We’ve currently teamed up again on Brendan’s new Market Tavern project at the Original Farmer’s Market at Third and Fairfax. Opening soon!
